Dear Noah...

We spent the day Sunday at your grandma L.'s house for Mother's Day for a cook out. You got to play with your cousins Audrey and Alex. We took grandma C. along with us. You even got to see a raccoon come out to eat. All in all you had a great time and cried when it was time to leave asking to do it all again next Saturday or Sunday.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL THE MOMS OUT THERE!

It was great seeing you Noah! I hope that we can come over soon to your house so we can all play. I want to see your new bedroom stuff!

Wow. All nice photos. It looks like everyone had a ball. The chicken was great, by the way, and mom fixed the few pieces we had left in my salad yesterday at lunch.

Hope you guys have a nice day.

You got some nice photos also. I hope little Noah didn't get too tired out. Mom is coming today to check out Brookhaven and where she will be during her recuperation from her knee surgery and therapy.

More later, love you both.

FYI, the Raccoon could be VERY sick. If you see it again, they should call animal control. Raccoons are nocturnal and are usually only out in the day when sick.

Anon....we are all aware of that fact. My dad's backyard is a registered wildlife sanctuary so it is not uncommon to see many nocturnal animals come out during the day to eat and then go back to their homes in the yard. We went in.....dad fed it....it came out to eat and then retreated to its home again.

We are aware of the dangers of rabid wild animals....and are very careful. If there was ever any problems my dad would take care of the raccoon or call for help if he could not.

Thanks for stopping by and your comments however.

In Colorado we had many wild foxes running the parking lots and parks during the daytime...all healthy. If they are hungry enough many wild animals normally only seen at night also prowl during the day but are not always sick.

That can be a fine line however and one must never assume anything.
